Asleep to an Album - Achtung Baby

In an effort to re-engage myself with the vastness of my music library, I am going to start listening to one album a night, progressing each night down the alphabet. I will post a little information about the album along with my favourite track.

Being the first night, "A" is on the docket and U2's Achtung Baby is my album of choice. My favourite song... none other than One.

Achtung Baby is U2's seventh studio album. It was released in 1991 and co-produced by a Canadian; Daniel Lanois. It is widely regarded as one of the greatest albums of all time.

Achtung Baby spawned four top-five singles on Canadian charts:

1. Mysterious Ways (went to #1 in 1992)
2. One (went to #1 in 1992)
3. Even Better Than the Real Thing (went to #3 in 1992)
4. Who's Gonna Ride Your Wild Horses (went to #5 in 1992)
